Do I need an appointment?

For the best experience possible we require an appointment which guarantees you a fitting room as well as a stylist to assist you. Walk-ins are subject to stylist availability and if there are no pending appointments around the time that you arrive. Appointments take priority over walk-ins so please respect our policy. Often times we encounter brides that walk in just to take a look and end up wanting to try on, which is why we highly suggest just making the appointment to begin with. We have over 1,000 gowns in stock and ready to take home so we are sure to have something you are interested in.

What do i do if appointments are fully booked but I’d like to try on wedding gowns?

We suggest you call the store and you will be added to a wait list. One of our stylists will call you as soon as they have availability.

What is the price range of your gowns?

Our gowns start at $499 depending on the size. Keep in mind our gowns are sold off the rack so at any given time the lowest price gown can change. We do have a clearance rack of gowns that ranges from $99 - $299 but the selection of these gowns is limited.

What are your hours of operation?

Monday. Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 10am - 6pm | Saturdays 11am - 4pm | We are closed on both Wednesday & Sunday

When should i start dress shopping?

Orlando bridal is unique in that our store sells gowns off the rack. That means our inventory changes frequently and a dress you see now might not be available when you come back. We recommend shopping for a gown when you are ready willing and able to walk out with your gown the same day. We've helped thousands of brides and it's heartbreaking when they walk in just to look and end up falling in love with a gown only to not be able to walk out with it. 

How many people can I bring with me?

We have a guest limit of 4. Often times our space gets crowded as we service several brides each day so to make it as comfortable as possible for everyone we limit the guest count. 

Can i bring children with me?

We highly suggest you find a babysitter while shopping for your wedding dress. We love kids and we all have them however they can become a distraction to you and other brides as well. Our goal is to make sure each bride has an amazing experience so we recommend against bringing your little ones.

Which designers do you offer?

We acquire gowns from liquidations, store closings, etc so the selection can change each day. For a list of designers we frequently get in click here

what does "off the rack" mean?

Most bridal shops you have to order your dress after finding the one, but here at Orlando Bridal you can take home your dress the very same day. The dress you try on is the dress you buy. This is great for those who don't want the headache of waiting for months for your gown to arrive and wondering the condition it will arrive in and if it will even be on time.

Wedding gowns, Bridesmaid dresses, Prom dresses, Mother of the bride, quinceanera dresses, flower girl dresses, and accessories.

What sizes do you carry?

Our gowns start at 0 and go up to 24

Do you offer alterations?

We do not offer alterations at Orlando Bridal however we do have some alteration companies we can recommend.

What payment methods do you accept?

Cash and debit/credit cards

Do you offer a payment plan?

We do offer a 60 day layaway option on dresses over $999.99

Do you allow pictures?

Yes in fact we encourage it! 


We suggest wearing clothes that are easy to get in and out of. Seamless underwear and an uplifting bra are recommended. We also suggest keeping makeup to a minimum. Makeup can easily smear and dirty a dress and can ruin it for the next person. 

How long do appointments last?

Typically appointments last around 1 hour.

Do you hold gowns?

Unfortunately we do not hold gowns due to the nature of our store. 

Do you carry plus size gowns?

Yes we carry up to size 24.

What is your return policy?

Like most bridal shops due to the nature of our industry all of our sales are a final sale. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.
